Comment erased ?

I would like to know why my comment was erased ? The last update needs to be fixed please, lost all my in game purchases, game wont play more then a few seconds, game speed to fast at normal speed... Please help because game Is really great fun to play, graffics are really nice.
After latest update still cant start the game and still no trace on my money, and all the airplanes I bought and the airports I inlocked...
